If MA apologises now, the damage is already done… 20:27 - Mar 26 with 543 viewsITFC_Forever

…it’ll be a classic case of not sorry he did, but sorry he got caught.

Appearing to endorse Reform is bad enough for most except the hard of thinking.

But to allow our club to be associated with such a divisive individual was never going to end well.

The club is owned by the Americans, and they’ve done a great job so far.

MA runs the club, and has largely done a decent job until this week.

But the club belongs to us, the community and every Town fan that ever lived, no matter their political stance, race, gender, sexual orientation etc. It is not for MA to link our club to any political party, especially one so divisive.

Possibly the best post I’ve seen on this subject.

The clubs image is undoubtedly damaged but handled correctly from here on out it will recover.

I detest Farage and everything he stands for, but I am not going to allow one appalling decision to wreck a lifetime privilege of being a tiny part of this club’s history.

Ashton’s apparent endorsement of Farage does not represent me as a supporter.
