Anyone heard about the arrangements for coach travel to Norwich in the sense of timing and coach allocation?

Do the fun bus occupants have to collect tickets from Clarence Road? Might also find they get pulled over at Dunstan and made to wait for the other coaches, as Norfolk plod insist on escorting the coaches from there to Clarence Road |

Why are they leaving at 9am for a 12:30 kick off in Norwich? |
It also means that it is too early me to guarantee getting to the coaches in time if I catch a train from Kent. So I will have to drive.
