I don't think he understands VAR. It was a soft penalty but no way does VAR overrule it. In fact, it is the sort of one that VAR slows down, picks a replay and gets given when the ref hasn't awarded it!

Cordoba might not have kicked him initially which is what I think Clemente thinks the penalty was given for but his leg connected stopping Taylor from reaching the ball. That's a pen all day
