I am really pleased for him, after having to take a backseat with Hladky’s form during the last promotion, I do feel Walton has really stepped up since taking over from Palmer earlier in this campaign. I don’t know how many clean sheets he has had? However, it seems like a fair few and credit to him with some of his performances, he really has earned us points in tight games.

I have no issue with us having Walton and Palmer as our keepers next season. Supported by Slicker or an experienced keeper to replace Button.
