Please be assured that the process of fixing match dates and kick-off times involves a variety of complex factors. These include stadium availability, the requirements of our broadcast partners, and coordination between the competing clubs. It was about what I expected. It sounds like they will continue to schedule the matches when the men play, which I still think is ridiculous when teams only play 11 home league matches a season. It will slow the growth of the game. | | | |

I think there was a third example, as when all attention was understandably on Ipswich v Norwich at 12:00 on Sunday 5th October, Sheffield United Women played Ipswich Women at 13:00 the same day. | | | |
