I’d do away with the throw in. If the ball goes out of play then the ball should be kicked from where it went out, not thrown. Only keepers should be using their hands. |
They trialled this in the Isthmian League a few years ago. From what I remember reading of the feedback, pretty much every throw-in beyond the halfway line effectively became an opportunity to lump it into the box. |  | | |

when a player is fouled and receives treatment on the pitch, the player who committed the foul should also have to go of the pitch for a short period..why should the offending team have a numerical advantage even if only for a short period? |

I would look into the FA taking over from the EFL. The main idea behind this is to make sure the distribution of wealth is more fair. Points deductions can be cross league.
Make the FA Cup great again. Make it the showpiece last match. Ensure all rounds are available on terrestrial TV. Additional matches can be bought by subscription services.
Sort VAR out. If no decision in 1 minute then refs decision stands. No drawing lines unless it's fast.
