Thanks for alerting me about the name almost hidden in the message, I thought it was a reference to the former Robins and Town great whose style of play, Skuseball, is commemorated in their new manager's surname.

What did we pay? £1m as a league one club? Seemed a LOT of money back then but between him, Broady & Leif - what a value transfer batch that was as a 3rd tier club.

We'll be lucky to get half of that back given 12 months left, but I presume a lot of the reason we took the option was so we could protect ourselves with a sell on clause should he kick on.
