To be fair, subs etc takes it to 3 or 4. Hydration break is an extra 3. 11 seems excessive.
EDIT: I guess a couple of VAR checks gets you there. [Post edited 6 Jul 3:58]

is there like a default minimum VAR added time ?, ref has been doing that alot this half, then theres subs, the sending off.
its probably like thats actually the real amount of time, but most refs never add it on properly | | | |
