Question, were you convinced by KM's appointment? Many weren't. I was actually delighted to see us go for a young untried but promising appointment back then. I would have liked a young less experienced manager this time ( but with some experience ). I fully understand the reasons for our appointment though and G O'N is just 3 years older than KM and with one years less managerial experience than him.
