Such a shame that this seems to be the way of selling such items these days; it just means that these sorts of things are only available to those with the deepest pockets. I'm sure it used to be the case that a number of signed shirts each season would be available for purchase at a fixed price?
That, and the fact that the winning price then ends up vastly inflated by the additional fees that the platform adds. A winning bid of £160 suddenly becomes almost £230 once shipping, VAT, and a buyer's premium are added on.
