They do realise that there are women's leagues outside of Scotland, right?

All to do with Sean Burt's connections i'd imagine. And I think I read somewhere the value we get them for costs us less than if we had to recruit from within the WSL2

I did wonder that as well - whether the WSPL is 'undeveloped' enough (for want of a better term) that good-quality players can be found there, and bought for lower fees/wages than would be the case from elsewhere. | |
