Squad needs time to gel is not an excuse. We’ve had loads of time and frankly we can’t afford a repeat of last season. It looks like we take just ONE new signing on the Spain camp. It will be defended by many on here … but it’s not good enough. In just five weeks, game one will be complete. We need at least another nine or ten through the door. Squad gelling excuse will actually mean - failed.
