Has anyone appealed against the digital ticket and had a reply from the club yet? My daughter, who is autistic, issued an appeal last week and is getting anxious at not having received a response.
No judgement please, I can get plenty of that from Facebook. 🙂

Does she attend games by herself?
If not and its always with the same person, they could always have the season ticket stored within their google/apple wallet
The wallet holder just needs to select the correct ticket on a matchday and allow her through, then repeat for themselves
My daughter usually attends with me, so no real issue there, except for possibly a month at some point when I have an operation. I'll call the club if/when that happens during the season.
FWIW I suggested this to my daughter, and it's what we'll do if her appeal is unsuccessful. My daughter is in her twenties now, and slowly becoming more independent; having a part time job for example. As her Dad, I want to encourage her to be independent, including this appeal. 🙂

Thats exactly how I plan to do it with my son’s ST. It’s not for disability issues in my case, but the fact that he’s away for large chunks of the season so I need easier access to the ticket

Thats pretty much how I’ve been using it in the last 12 months. My lad drives me to games because I struggle with that when I’m on chemo. When hes at Uni, Ive got a mate who’s a Town fan in the next door village who’ll drive me in return for which he gets the ticket. Worked really well last season through the website. Will be interesting to see whether being digital makes the process easier
