But anyone have any juice on the effectiveness. Our recruitment has been pretty underwhelming in the intervening period. Do we have good people underpinning this. | |

I don’t believe it’s been especially active until recently. It was incorporated 2 1/2 years ago, but dormant until mid-2025 (when it was renamed). I seem to remember reading back in May that after promotion there was going to be an uptick in activity. It’s also focused on performance and opposition analysis rather the recruitment. | | | |

So we’re moving into this area, which I’m sure we’d all be on board with.
There’s well documented leaders in this field like Brighton, but who knows where everyone else is. There also clubs that come across like basket cases (👀 West Ham). Hopefully we can find some advantages here. | |

With ClaraVista being a very data heavy organisation and in the process of acquiring multiple clubs I'm a bit surprised they haven't centralised some of the data analytics stuff and then sell it on as a service to the clubs they own. That's pretty much what Tony Bloom has done. | |
