so go onto that page and press the round icon with your initials inside..that will then give you a list which includes season tickets..that should sort you out although like i’ve indicated you may need to have safari as your browser to do so.. |  | | |

It doesnt work for a significant number of people due to some glitch between your old ticket and digital accounts and the new single log on. Ticket office is facing a tidal wave of ticket buyers for two friendlies and first games of the season and those that cant actually access their season ticket!! Everyone relax it will no doubt be sorted otherwise MA will be personally administering oxygen for those hyperventilating. | |

doesn't work for me on my android phone either - got single sign on ok but no season ticket showing so obviously not able to download. Might pop in to Planet Blue and see if they have a work-around. Bit strange there's no mention of these issues from the club. Let's hope their other projects are better run than this one. | | | |

Log into your account, click on your profile, click tickets and there should be the Sunderland game to click on, it then lists your season ticket with options to forward or resell below that information. I haven’t gone beyond that stage as I’m not planning to do either currently | | | |

I did go into Planet Blue and they were great. Sorted. My own fault in a way - there was an old ticketing account from years ago with an old address preventing everything from working. A couple of others in there getting similar help for similar reasons | | | |
