This guy is always awash with significant breaches of CAA regs. Flying directly over workers and buildings.

It's probably fine.

- likely a sub 250g drone
- most shots are at an angle, not above people
- the odd shot above would not breach the regs - these relate to flying above 'gatherings/crowds'. the term used is 'assembly of people', the lawful interpretation of this being accepted as people so closely packed that they couldn't move apart if needed.
