As we will be out celebrating Scuzzer Senior's 100th birthday today!!!
He's been following 'The Town' since turning professional in 1936...when he was 10 years old. Still living in his own home, which he bought in 1960, sadly he hasn't been able to get down to a game for several years now but he loves to talk about the club and the latest news of it. Gosh he has seen it all! I thank him at the age of 10 in 1968 he took me to my first game, standing in the corner of the North Stand on a folding metal stool he made me.
Now my son goes with me, SBRU, and even his daughter has been bitten by the bug. Long may it continue. "Uppa Towen!! |  |
