I'm a big ZZ Top fan, both the 70s output, plus the more shiny stuff in the 80s.

Reminds me of a time when me and a friend were driving to Brands Hatch to watch the super bikes racing.

He had a tape machine in his car and he said listen to this it’s great,he had Rick Astley so I listened to it and said meh,listen to this and it was ZZ Top La Grange he reckoned it was rubbish

Some of ZZ Top's groove heavy RnB in the 70s has been hugely influential to a lot of the psych and stoner rock that I love. Billy Gibbons obviously comes from a psych background with the Moving Sidewalks and his closeness to the 13th Floor Elevators.
