I think it is one of the most balanced squads I remember, as in there are multiple players in almost all positions with little drop off in quality. Arteta has built a really good squad, although if there is a small weakness it is the lack of depth down the left. |  | | |

This Arsenal squad is a great example of playing the long game, buying into a project and letting the manager have time and resources to deliver. It's as well balanced and high quality a squad as I've seen, the depth they have now is ridiculous, and with players tied to long contracts too, they could have a period of dominance now.
That said, we're ITFC, nobody gave us a chance in 2011 and the quality gap was far larger than it is today, stranger things have happened! |  | | |

It has paid off for them big time, they have been getting stronger every season for 3 or 4 years now . City looks closest to them but I dont see them getting the title ahead of them. Gunners look well set for 4 or 5 good seasons tbh. | | | |
