I would play Ouattara as the RWB in a 352/532
I don't think either Maeda or Fatawu have totally clicked yet, so it seems to me to be a way of playing our 11 best players, too.
But I wouldn't knock O'Neill for tactical inflexibility. He has more than one plan and does change things noticeably in game.
