Yes a decent bloke and has great football knowledge. Very impressive.
I used to play football with his son, Adam, in Beds, who I think probably made a professional appearance or two under Barry Fry, but was never good enough really. He used to get Birmingham coaches to come and coach our amateur team occasionally and I remember being amazed as a 11 year old or whatever how they would teach us something very simple that would give us an extra 25% at the level - really basic stuff but very effective and we won all sorts of local leagues and cups for a couple of years. | | | |
