I hadn’t until I realised I’d put it through as a single not as a return. The second I changed it to a return, the money immediately went into my bank. Which suggests they have people ready to go who have applied but need it to be 100% correct details before the money is released. |  |

Nope.
I chased them but they state they don't get back to e-mail queries within 10 days or something and that i needed to wait.
Their customer service is shocking, and the lady on the phone wasn't particularly helpful.
She kept mentioning about the delay repay online thing and simply not understanding that you can't claim for a taxi or other expenses via that platform. They only seemed to want to help regarding delays and not compensation for travel that was not possible and where non-rail costs may have been incurred |  |
