Young up and coming manager. 10:58 - May 18 with 639 viewsMonkey_Blue

I know we all like this idea but magilton and Keane could have been described as this. I know Keane was an awful choice and had a promotion that he spent his way to, but if there was one magic formula to sucess we wouldn’t see colin going up again playing hoofball, wolves going up spending fortunes or the likes of Huddersfield and Brighton doing it on coaching merits. I’d rather stick pins in my eyes than have Colin here but for example McInnes who is highly rated now, failed miserably down here. I like the idea of getting someone in to build something long term and fresh but there seems to be no set formula for sucess.

The best idea is to get someone who has all the attributes to be a success.
