Football has sold it's soul to betting, and now punishes those in the game for betting on it, despite millions flowing in from betting.

It's a hard circle to square, but this kid has 'only' staked £500 on bets over a little while, and the game involving his team weren't for games he was anywhere near the first team for.

It's a hard circle to square, but this kid has 'only' staked £500 on bets over a little while, and the game involving his team weren't for games he was anywhere near the first team for.


A sharp shock at this stage in his career was absolutely the right thing. gambling is addictive and if he wasn’t banned his offences would have got worse. Let’s hope he learns from this.
