Lambert has a canny knack, in his post match interviews 00:35 - Mar 4 with 1085 viewsIllinoisblue

Of talking about ITFC as if he’s a pundit or someone looking in from the outside. You’d never guess he was responsible for this mess.

I think he's a bit fcked in the head, like he's no idea this is his job

I really want to like him and for him to do well for us, but deary me. These last four months have been a disaster. He’s got to go.

Sadly, this has been coming since he walked through the door. For all his slick 'community relations' work, he's done very, very little in reality to improve us as a team or a club. Last season's constant search for a settled XI and changing of patterns of play(remember 'split centre backs' anyone?) coupled to a near-endless parade of gutless showings, the confused approach to the January transfer window and his time spent in last season as a whole. Lamgingo. The list just goes on and on.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

I’m coming round to the view that you are right. Blaming the players for not taking the pressure is the last straw, especially when he seemed to be distancing himself from a problem he claims to have seen coming.

I still have a degree of sympathy for Marcus Evans who has seen a poor return from the investment he has made in the club, albeit as a result of the decisions he has made. He really needs to ask himself if he has the people around him to help him make the right decisions.

Where do we go from here I wish I knew. All I can say is today needs to be the last day Paul Lambert walks into the football club.
