Yes I saw that as it was read out in the HOC

My immediate thought was to get a £50k loan for our lesser needed company (let's call it company A), buy £50k worth of stock from our main company (let's call it company B) and then after 9 months put company A into administration and company B will buy company A and its assets for £100.

But it's a good job I am not as unscrupulous as that.
