Very interesting appointment for both that. Got himself a nice little rep based on the playing style and success at Barrow and gets them up to League 2.

Wonder if it's the sort of move Hurst was meant to be for us or not? Only 38 too so has time on his side and maybe thought the problems at Bolton are worth putting up with.

If Evatt is smart, what he and others will learn from Hurst’s experience is not to start shooting his mouth off and treating people like crap the moment they’ve arrived at the club.
