Yes as it's the same vaccine as the Oxford team is working on, the Russian's hacked the details a few weeks ago but have decided to start using it before they complete the testing.
But don't worry Putin's daughter has been given it so no need to complete any more testing, Putin himself hasn't said if he has had it, I wonder why. |  | | |

If that is true it is handy for them to test it for us. Obviously we can't exploit them for billions now but that shouldn't be important | |
