Unlucky to be around at a time when there were a lot of top level boxers at every weight. Antuofermo was thought to be unbeatable, minter beat him twice and then had to face hagler and was totally outclassed on another brutal night in and out of the ring. Still, you don’t get to be undisputed middleweight champion without being pretty good. RIP

Hagler was absolutely incredible that night. Minter was incredibly brave, a similar spirit to Ricky Hatton.
