It's to do with how the leagues have been drawn up - leiston and Lowestoft shafted and ended up basically in the Midlands league

Brackley is further South than Ipswich.

Edit... Just checked on BBC site Bury are due to play Banbury, not Brackley. But Brackley is still included as a 'northern' team.
