Long time lurker here, forced from the shadows to the light by this absolute s**tshow.
One thing that's worrying me is that there are no rumours or def info going around about a replacement, no 'I understand Evans is considering Lambert's position' gossip. When you get to the end days of a manager, something always leaks, either from a journalist or through local info. Only logical thing that could allow him to pay him off would be that the fact lambert reportedly on the height wage In league one. Bringing a new manger on lower wage( which will happen due to COVID and more bargaining power)will be able to off set lamberts pay off. |  | | |
