This EFL Grant - the restrictions are ridiculous 07:39 - Dec 6 with 920 viewsElderGrizzly

I know this is a few days old, but hadn’t appreciated the restrictions if we take the grant.

No transfer fees allowed in January and max of £20k in 2021/22 season. Plus any new player coming in, can be on no more than 75% wages of player leaving 🙄

If we breach any condition, the grant is taken back

You know what many people's immediate reaction to that will be, don't you?

No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

Seen it on Twitter already. It will suit Evans etc etc

The one thing the rich tend to hate is restrictions on trade

To be fair if you gave someone money to help them pay off a debt and not get thrown onto the street and they spunked it instead on an expensive new car, would you be happy?
