What's your biggest ever faux pas?

I'll come clean - I thought I knew everything about The Pink Floyd but I was in some crazy stoner flat circa 1990 and someone put on "One of these days".

I dunno, it might have been 1986 or 1992, I can't remember. Anyhoo, it came on and I woke up and said something like "Wow, what the feck was that", only to be put straight!

Looking back I can't see how I missed the track, it's a mystery.

Anyone else want to confess?

Around the mid 90's at a party where I knew very few people I was totally and utterly baked. I ended up telling this guy for about 20 minutes what an awesome amazing track Thinking About Your Loving by Kenny Thomas was, think I'd been playing it in the car that day and it was stuck in my head.

Turns out I was boring Kenny Thomas, I think some part of my subconcious had made a connection I couldn't grasp.

No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

Have you heard the German disco remix of Have a cigar from 1970s

Rosebud - Disco Balls “Pink Floyd tribute”

I gave my dad a CD of Pink Floyd by the London Philharmonic Orchestra but I don't think he bothered playing it before he died.

Am I alone in really liking The Scissor Sisters take of Comfortably Numb?***

***Very underrated band alert.
