I'm no fan of Lambert, but we had 9 players who graduated from the academy involved in last weekend's fixture.
I think the greater issue is the quantity of talented players and how to develop them all at the same time.

9 players who would hold their own in any other league 1 side
It's how they are being used which has been the issue
We've now seen 3 occasions this season where we have gone 4-4-2 and within minutes it has effected the game and we've scored.
Yes Lambert said we can't go 4-4-2 as we don't have the players for it
