Klopp, Wenger, Mourinho, Ferguson 12:45 - Feb 19 with 311 viewshype313

As players, have collectively won the equivalent of the Belgian Tiddlywinks title in footballing terms.

Why does Lambert persist with this notion that being a successful player translates to success as a manager, especially when the facts speak for themselves, especially in relation to his management career.

Absolute drivel that comes out of his mouth is staggering.

Thomas Tuchel - non starter in terms of playing career

Julian Nagelsmann (best of the next gen) - retired early 20's with a knee injury. He is now MANAGING in the CL.

I think you are in real trouble if you are manager in 2021 having to harp on about what you did as a player in 1997.

He was literally on radio this week stating about Ipswich - 'respect the history, but you have to move on from it to the here and now'. Have a listen back to yourself PL.
