And their impending financial issues.

"an accounting miracle appearing to take place in the East Midlands a few months after the 2019 defeat by Aston Villa at Wembley. Derby announced that for the financial year ending June 2019 they had made an operating profit of £14.6m.

It emerged that — much to the chagrin of fellow EFL clubs — the club had sold Pride Park to Morris for a reported £80m and leased the property back from him for £40m."

Their finances aren’t dodgy at all. Not at all. Love to see them relegated.

"The club no longer owns its own stadium and has mortgaged its training ground in pursuit of further finance."

Yet they are still paying £30m+ in wages. Or not when they can't afford to pay players

Never has a Club ( and it’s arrogant fans), been more deserving of relegation than this lot from Derby.

I remember having an exchange on Twitter with a Derby fan shortly after Mel Morris became involved with Derby & started throwing money around. I pointed out our experiences with Evans & that this was no guarantee of success, even if Morris was a Derby fan, especially if he began to interfere in team matters. He wouldn't have it & was telling me what a smart guy Morris was......
