Twtd laptop advice 07:10 - Mar 18 with 957 views

Mines completely died unfortunately. I don’t do much except standard Facebook, Twitter and here. Then lots of work mostly so it doesn’t need to be super flash. Any suggestions on where to look or decent models would be great.

This one was an HP and ok but I’m not partial to any one brand. Is there much for Â£500 or am I looking at forking out more?

About the best I can find in the price range. Ideally you want some more RAM in it but you could buy and install it separately (not at all difficult, just need a screwdriver).

Hi Dan, the one you recommended me was £150 more and a fair bit more on spec - but they offered £100 cashback 30 days after ourchase which I've just claimed so brings it down in to the range if that offer is still valid
