Some of the criticism put to Cook 20:14 - Apr 5 with 509 views

Can anyone explain where/who he could improve?

I just don't see a player in anyone in the squad, bar KVY and Downes (both injured).

When it comes to creating chances we have nothing and Cook hits the nail on the head when he basically says our 'flair' players aren't good enough.

Edwards, Judge, Bennets, Jackson, Harrop, Dobra.

None of those are ever going to be top league 1 players from what I have seen since they have been here.

If come the summer Cook doesn't look to fix this obvious issue then I will worry.

Mick McCarthy (yes I am going there) noticed this issue and most seasons signed quality wingers on loan (Lawrence and Fraser being two of them). The issue being the fact there were loans and papering over cracks.

But at the moment I can see a manager that has spotted the problem unfortunately can also see he has no better options in the waiting in the wings.

How many times today did our players fail to make a 10 yard pass

How many times did Edwards come towards wolfy rather than making space and getting forwards up the line.
How many times did andre turn and pass back to chambers
How many times did parrott run into judge

You cant manage that from the sidelines or in training.

It is really worrying the calibre of players we have managed to sign.

The scouting and recruitment over the past 4 or 5 years has been awful.

Who was our last decent signing? Webster?
