I know we have owners with a big pot of money but I am worried about the poor fire fighters and their lack of pension when they retire. We should look to start making some savings so they at least have enough to get by on in retirement.
I propose that we save a bit on the cost of running the scoreboard. It could be argued that it isn't needed in this day and age of the Internet but Suffolk is still pretty backward so we can just reduce it to save. We should stop displaying the 0 next to Ipswich Town and just display the opposition goals
Could we have a cricket style scoreboard with scorer?
Away sides could be permanently "Visitors".
Greener and potentially cheaper if the scorer's wages are less than the cost of the energy used to run the current one. And we get to employ someone generally helping the nation's economy.
