If there were fans at the game, you can't help but think the chanting could be somewhat horrible toward a female ref if she made a bad call.
Certainly not a reason to open it up, but it is certain to happen if they do open it up. |  |

Sian Massey used to run the line down here at Swansea a lot and it went the other way - the crowd were almost protective. She was a big hit. But then she's wasn't the ref, which probably makes a difference. And she was also good. |  |
