However the reason she used that is not the same as someone as a white person calling a black person a n****r or similar. My limited understanding is she is essentially calling him a race traitor.

I hate extremism on any side. It's the very worst ideology. But it's the extremism that's driving good people the wrong way.

This I thought would come up.
Not going to pretend this is my own research but I have checked it out as best I can.
The account this was apparently tweeted under no longer exists but can be seen here:
Apparently this is the first thing found to have referenced this tweet in Aug 2020 and was posted after the account was banned. It is posting a screenshot that was taken 6 hours after the original tweet.
The account name used there (sashajohnsonblm) was not mentioned before the ban. If you can find any reference to it pre-Aug 2020 that would be good but I couldn't find anything. Her username there is different to what it is on other social media (which doesn't include mention of BLM).
The profile picture is a shutterstock image, which seems a weird choice for someone who you would assume have photos of themselves.

Given all the above, as well as her personally denying it was her account, it seems likely this was someone else trying to make trouble (which they succeeded in doing). | |
