In fact, I knew a guy like that called Rich Sticks. He was crashing at a friend's house on the eve of the Champions League final one year - forget which. So all of us were huddled round the telly ready for kick-off while Rich was loudly telling us how talentless footballers are and that more people would watch professional juggling if that were a thing.
My loud northern mate took huge exception to that and Rich left soon after. Thank god. |  |
