That is true. It is not going to be a nice place for him but one reason why it has such a disproportionate number is that had this been a black officer carrying this out on a white man, the sentence would likely have been longer. As has already been pointed out in previous threads, had it not been someone of Dalian's profile would the case even have been brought? |  |
