Ashton said that his expectation is that a club like ITFC should have a recruitment team of five. In the Championship, because you are signing more foreign players, you need a team of ten. In the PL, a lot more.
He said that when he came to Ipswich the recruitment team was nil, zero, zippo. Thank you Marcus. No wonder we wound up with the dregs.
