Surely sending tickets to away teams has to be one of the easier ticket office tasks?
1) Set prices
2) Confirm allocation
3) Identify which seats will comprise the allocation
4) Print tickets
5) Post tickets | |

Especially in League One where apart from Sunderland, Pompey and Sheff Weds, and maybe Charlton , no team is coming anywhere close to taking a full allocation. | |

I can also understand being a bit slow for the first game, home and away, due to short-notice of covid situation but given we sold Morecombe tickets it looks odd.

MK Twitter account is stating that they're still waiting for us to send them the tickets. Ties in with everything else going on at the ticket office at the moment, and I wouldn't have thought it was something they'd lie about. | |

Was it Ashton who talked about creating a culture of transparency and accountability? Wonder if it’s a combination of Covid, being short staffed and the new seat geek system that’s causing the issues. | |

is there a reason we continue to do the hierachy of ticket sales for home matches? I can understand away matches where there are a limited supply/the possibility of the club asking for me if demand is too high
But why limit when home fans can buy tickets based on their membership, when PR won't sell out? |  |

Just because there are always empty seats, it doesn't mean the 'best' seats will still be empty. Think it's fair that those of a higher membership get first chance at the seats they would like tbh | |
