Just wanted to thank you for participating in the great tribute to Paul Mariner on Saturday. I lived in East Anglia at the time of the transfer, and saw his debut. Bobby Robson described it as the best deal he ever made, and certainly underpaid with the dosh and transfers for a player of PM’s quality.
Wish you well for the rest of the season. Best team yet to visit Home Park, and I think you’ll join the top 6 pretty soon.

Enjoy the Championship, well deserved and well run club. Always treat us exceptionally well when we visit, we won’t get near the top 6 unfortunately!

Hope you, as others, appreciated Saturday's gift. Movement for the second was very good tbf.

You seem to be posting more since your friend Blubbers departed!

Thanks for the well wishes and praise. Best of luck to Plymouth for the rest of the season too. You must be buzzing with how the season has gone so far. You've always got a chance when you have players as good as Jephcott and Hardie in this division. And it sounds like Wilson has turned out to be a very shrewd piece of business too. All the best... :-)

No worries - thoroughly enjoyed the day out in Plymouth even if the result didn't go our way.

And well done on arranging the display and your start to the season - always had a soft spot for Argyle, my Mum's family are from Bodmin, and my Grandad used to follow Argyle's fortunes.

It was a great game to watch and great atmosphere, great fun being next to the home fans!

Think you deserved the 3 points, but there was not much in it. I know you had one big player out, but we lost 3 just before the start, so I think it would have been a draw had those 3 been available.

No doubt we were chipping away at you more, but 18 vs 4 'Fouls' ?

But it is sour grapes, you were better, and hopefully next time, you will see us when we are on our game.

Great atmosphere down there, not sure we'll see much better in this league. Good luck for the season.

Speaking as an exiled Blue in Torrington (yep), I enjoy our days out at Home Park and look forward to another one next year... a level higher!
