Tough one to take. 21:11 - Nov 20 with 480 views

If we had scored first I reckon we would be celebrating instead of mopping. Shame we left our shooting boots at home. Aluko was excellent. Think Sunderland will count themselves lucky. Long day nearly over. Don't be too hard on the team, they played well against a good organised side. Top 6 a cert if we play like that.

It's not entirely sensible though ( no offence oldboy) but if we play like that we won't win games to finish top 6.

We had a handful of meaninful shots first half. 2nd half we just passed it around like last year but this time with better players doing it.

Ifs and buts are part of football. But when you dont score you don't win games and won't finish top 6.

A sensible assessment however would be to say we should have been ahead by HT and looked to manage the game out. However we failed at that and subs negatively effected our game and we ended up losing a game that wasn't ours to lose.

Sunderland weren't a good solid side either. First half they looked exactly like the team who had indeed upto today been on a bad run.
