We need an experienced head at the back. 09:27 - Dec 19 with 395 views

We look comfortable for the most part then we make some naive decisions at the back. Seems to be a lack of communication at times which means we get sliced open to easily. Times when Walton should be coming for the ball but doesn’t and general lapses in concentration.

Lee Evans is my major frustration. Looks laboured and nearly always over commits to the challenge which means when caught on the break. Steams out of position to block and just misses 90% of the time. Never seen a player just blindly pass to nobody also. Dross.

Bonne has failed to get involved in a game for weeks now. Doesn’t even win flicks or hassle the back line. Norwood showed him up yesterday. Needs to do more.

Norwood was absolutely fantastic! Exactly what we’ve missed at this level. Aggression and workrate which was relentless. Really set the tone. Only concern is that he plays like at 22 year for 50 mins but his age catches up with him and he tires/gets injured.

Burns - just total league one quality. First thought is beat his man and drive forward. A dream of a player who pins teams back and just makes things happen. How we’ve missed him.

Aluko. Who’d have thought?! What a class above. Strength, quick feet and total class. Him being central was a masterstroke and his quality on the ball is a level above. What a footballer.

Enjoyable game but summed up where we are. For all the positives in the first half we didn’t threaten their goal enough. Usual lapses in concentration let them in too easily at times and we couldn’t take advantage of a great start - again.
