Quite happy with the Window 10:00 - Feb 1 with 668 views | hype313 | Securing Walton permanently, securing Bonne for the rest of the season and bringing in a Left sided player. Can't grumble with any of the outgoings, there is logic to them all and recouping our money for Fraser was a wise choice. The only one you could argue with is Harper going out and Bakinson coming in, from what I've seen of Bakinson, he doesn't look like a huge upgrade, but can't complain about the rest. And good luck to Nolan, decent guy by all accounts, wouldn't be surprised to see him rock up down the A12.. I also wonder if Mckenna had issues around such a bloated squad, maybe he was having headaches with a constant flow of players knocking at his door asking when they were going to get game time and him having to spend his time doing PR. We need a tight knit, less bloated squad, not only for continuity, but for overall squad harmony. Everyone left will get some game time, so that should enhance the squad unity. Obviously lots of people like to see a transfer on deadline day, but what's the point in signing someone for the sake of it, they looked at Matete early in the window and for one reason or another passed, and you do have to wonder why a guy with 6 months left on his contract got a last minute gig at a club that is panicking having been spanked the previous weekend. He could have been bought for a snip, yet all he could muster was a last minute deadline day desperation deal. So overall, I think we should be happy with how things went, we have 17 games left, no real injures currently and decent back up's in the majority of positions. COYB

I was channeling my inner Boris, which way should I go? full blub fest to go along with the yoofs, or a more balanced approach highlighting the truth, unlike Boris, I chose correctly...
