It shall not be considered a penalty if the player offended against is appearing for Ipswich Town.

How have not just the ref, but his assistants, looked at that and thought that's fine? Even if he got the ball (and didn't look like he got a foot to it), he's gone straight through the back of KVY so would be a pen anyway. Bonkers! |  |
